We offer the
following products and services:
Consulting Services
Feasibility Studies: We will
conduct a feasibility study to
determine the optimal
transmission routes and mediums
to best meet all prospective
customer's wide area networking
requirements. Our personnel will
visit all sites, as well as any
other available structures
suitable for supporting wireless
transmitters/antennas. At each
site the following will be
evaluated:
Line of sight
Existing LAN, video and/or voice
facilities in place (hardware &
cable)
Transmitter/antenna mount design
and location
Cable type, length and routing
Desired location of indoor
hardware
Security of the proposed
communications
Potential for interference with
existing communications
systems/devices
Within 10 working days after the
completion of a feasibility
study, we will provide the
following documentation.
Details on where and what is
involved in establishing line of
sight between sites and
therefore making the
implementation of a wireless
link possible.
List of wireless options well
suited to meet customers needs
to include: design drawing,
equipment lists (a master and
site by site breakdown), and a
comprehensive cost proposal for
all equipment and services.
Information necessary to reserve
and license frequencies,
including a list of recommended
frequency pairs
Review of any issues pertinent
to the implementation of the
proposed system (i.e., potential
interference w/existing
communications systems/devices)
Path reliability calculations
for all proposed links.
Line of site surveys: Similar to
feasibility study, however
focusing solely on determining
what it would take to establish
line of sight between our
customers' facilities.
Preparation of formal bid for
wireless WAN: Following the
completion of a feasibility
study, can provide our customers
with the framework from which a
formal bid we can be prepared
and issued. In turn, we can also
be contracted to review the bid
responses and make
recommendations.
Topographic map analysis: We can
be contracted to conduct a US
Geological Survey topographic
map analysis which can help one
to understand the lay of the
land, and therefore are used
make a preliminary evaluation as
to the likelihood of line of
sight The maps will identify
potential topographic
obstructions such as hills in
between the sites to be
connected.

OTHER SERVICES
FCC Licensing: When required,
ANG will work with the Frequency
Management Group to conduct a
frequency analysis of the paths
proposed. Following the receipt
of the regional frequency report
we will file for FCC licenses.
Installation: We give our
customer the option of having us
provide for the turnkey
installation of their wireless
systems(s) or saving money by
handling portions of the
installation tasks themselves.
Tasks include:
Providing and installing
suitable antenna mounts
Providing and installing
appropriate cables between
wireless transmitter and
backbone
Assembly and mounting of
antennas/transmitters

SUPPORT SERVICES
Our policy is to develop
maintenance/support programs to
meet our customers' individual
needs. The following describes
just some of the basic
offerings.
Equipment Warranties: All
equipment is fully warranted for
parts and labor against defects
in materials and workmanship at
the factory for a period of one
year. Extended warranties can
also be purchased.
On-Site Training: We will make
available a systems engineer
on-site, to train all interested
personnel in the operation,
maintenance, and
trouble-shooting of the proposed
system.
Systems Support Documentation:
Each system sold by us come with
support documentation which
clearly describes the system
components and offers complete
step by step trouble-shooting
procedures to address most any
suspected or actual system
failure.
Annual Maintenance Contracts: We
will develop maintenance
contracts to meet our customer's
